Attendees had the pleasure of experiencing the vibrant city. I had the chance to enjoy sourdough bread while observing the sea lions \u2013 it&#8217;s hard to get more quintessential San Francisco than that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting itself centered on the theme <em>Magpadayon! Leading and Educating Amidst Change<\/em>, with &#8220;Magpadayon&#8221; being a Filipino term meaning &#8220;to forge ahead.&#8221; This timely event provided leaders in psychiatric residency training with a valuable opportunity to learn about and discuss the evolving landscape of medical education, including shifting regulatory environments and the rapidly accelerating pace of technology in recent years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ADDPRT meeting equipped attendees with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate this ever-changing landscape of medical education through a program that included lectures, workshops, networking opportunities, and peer collaboration. Many Virginia programs were represented at this annual meeting.
