Kenneth Miller, MD, DLFAPA, DANPA, Neuropsychiatrist, will retire as Medical Director of Hampton VAMC-RTMS clinic. Dr. Miller held the position from 2017-2022. Dr. Miller was previously in private practice for 35 years in California, Ohio, and Virginia. He will continue with organizational consulting and professional coaching services on a limited basis.
